Jeff Johnston

With 20 years of experience in the security industry, Jeff has worked with Fortune 500 companies to provide insight and resolution to their most pressing issues. As the Global Vice President of Sales for a Multinational OEM manufacturer he successfully coordinated team sales efforts and delivered value across three continents. In this role, Jeff was exposed to a myriad different business models and scenarios which deepened his perspective. Jeff is also a certified and licensed sales trainer, bringing his experience and enthusiasm to a new generation of professionals.
Rick Forsgren
Partner
A 20-year veteran of the B2B sales realm, Rick Forsgren has worked within the industrial automation, building automation, and IT/Telecommunications business sectors as a sales manager and as a consultant to fortune 500 companies. As a consultant Rick made introductions to qualified sales prospects and worked with organizations to improve their sales processes.
Rick earned his bachelor’s degree in information technology at Concordia University in St. Paul. He later went on to earn his master’s degree in organizational management at the same institution. While studying for his master’s degree Rick focused on organizational change and the change management process within for-profit companies.
With a passion for lifelong learning, Rick taught classes in organizational behavior, systems thinking and management, introduction to computer based systems and IT Networking for 9 years at Concordia University. This allowed him the opportunity to connect with professionals from many occupations who were returning to academics. These professionals each brought unique business experiences and perspectives to the classroom growing Rick’s understanding of broader issues in health care, banking, manufacturing, retail, law enforcement, and distribution.
Rick has published articles in Control Design Magazine and The Minnesota Real Estate Journal. His articles focus on managing change and reducing operational drag. These areas of interest have been key to his success developing and implementing sales processes and understanding the human element of organizational change.

Andy has been bridging strategic partnerships between companies for almost 15 years. He specializes in market analysis and go-to-market strategies for B2B and has worked in diverse markets across many verticals and geographies.
